DRILL PATTERN				DESCRIPTION
overall layout (18" x 24")*	dwg	dxf	pdf	Plan view of the robot including parts placement. Used for drilling holes in the baseplate and top armor.
side panels (left/right)	dwg	dxf	pdf	Drill patterns for the left and right side panels of the robot. Used to place the holes for the axles.
side panels (front/back)	dwg	dxf	pdf	Drill patterns for the front and back side panels of the robot. Used to place the tapped holes for fastening the side panels together..
side panels (top/bottom edges)	dwg	dxf	pdf	Top and bottom hole patterns for the side panels. Allows you to place tapped holes mounting the side panels to the baseplate and top armor.
tensioner blocks and spacers	dwg	dxf	pdf	Drill patterns for Delrin tensioner blocks and aluminum spacer plates (same hole pattern for both).

* Kinko's Copies has conventient locations around the United States. Most locations have a large-format printer that is capable of printing the large overall layout file in a single sheet for a few dollars. (This will be necessary to print the pdf file until I break it up into 8-1/2" x 11" sheets.)
